At Samawa Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the return.

  Our team will review your request to ensure the perfume bottle remains sealed and the original cellophane packaging is intact.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item from your doorstep at a convenient time.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After a quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
